Upsi × Espoo Flyers - Partnering to Build Espoo DiscGolfPark World

We're excited to share our partnership with Espoo Flyers ry, the Espoo-based disc golf club behind Espoo DiscGolfPark World, the new disc golf center opening summer 2026 in Espoo's Ämmäsmäki, Finland.

Led by Mikko Tanska, who has been the driving force behind the concept, the facility's first two 18-hole courses will open in 2026, with the complete center including Park, Forest, Arena, and hybrid layouts — scheduled to be fully built by 2029.

"What Espoo Flyers are building at DiscGolfPark World is exactly the kind of ambition we want to be part of — and with so many of their members already active Upsi users, teaming up was an easy call," says Sami Hammarberg, Partner at Upsi.

Many of Flyers' active members have been long-time Upsi users, and as Flyers Chair Erno Puupponen puts it: "If a round isn't in Upsi, it didn't happen."

As part of this partnership, Flyers have shared their ideas with us on how Upsi's course-management features can best serve clubs and course operators — valuable input as we keep developing the app.
