Managing your subscription and refunds
Upsi subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Because Apple and Google handle the billing, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds are all done on their side — not inside the Upsi app.
Monthly and annual plans
Upsi offers a monthly plan and an annual plan. Both renew automatically until you cancel, and you can switch between them at any time from your store account. The annual plan is billed once a year; the monthly plan is billed every month.
Change your plan
You can move between the monthly and annual plans whenever you like:
On iOS: open Settings, tap your name, then go to Subscriptions → Upsi and choose the plan you want.
On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Upsi and change your plan.
A change usually takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll keep your current plan until it renews on the new one.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for:
On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Upsi → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Upsi → Cancel subscription.
Request a refund
Refunds are issued by Apple or Google, not by Upsi. Recent or accidental purchases are often approved, so it's best to act quickly:
On iOS: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, tap Request a refund, choose a reason, select your Upsi purchase, and submit.
On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, find your Upsi order, tap Report a problem, choose a reason, and submit.
Whether a refund is granted is ultimately Apple's or Google's decision, based on their policies and your local consumer rights.

FAQ Q&A
Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong subscription?
Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by Upsi — your subscription is purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play. Recent or accidental purchases are often approved, so it's best to request your refund as soon as possible.
On iOS: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, tap Request a refund, choose a reason, select your Upsi purchase, and submit.
On Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. Find your Upsi order, tap Report a problem, pick a reason, and submit.
Whether a refund is granted is ultimately Apple's or Google's decision, based on their policies and your local consumer rights. If you need help finding the right purchase, contact us at support@upsiapp.com.
How do I switch between a monthly and annual subscription?
You can switch between the monthly and annual plans at any time from your store account — the change is managed by Apple or Google, not inside the Upsi app.
On iOS: Open Settings, tap your name, then go to Subscriptions → Upsi and choose the plan you want.
On Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Upsi and change your plan.
A switch usually takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll keep your current plan until it renews on the new one.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
On iOS: Open Settings, tap your name, then go to Subscriptions → Upsi → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Upsi → Cancel subscription.
Because billing runs through the App Store and Google Play, cancellation has to be done there rather than inside the Upsi app.
Can Upsi refund my subscription directly?
No. All Upsi subscriptions are purchased and billed through the **Apple App Store** or **Google Play**, so Upsi never charges your card directly and can't issue refunds on Apple's or Google's behalf. Refunds have to be requested from the store you bought through.
